Where do I buy Business (casual) clothing that align with my beliefs?

I have to buy business appropriate clothing for my new job. I have no experience in shopping for this type of fashion.

What is important note is theat I live a life defined by minimalism and boycotting fast fashion as much as I can. I haven't even bought a new thing to buy in a year.

Does anyone know stores that ethically aren't horrible at the very least and have a nice/affordable business line? When I say affordable, I don't mean I'm not ready to spend a bit more, however my budget is definitly not unlimited.

Also here is a pinterest board with the type of style I am going for: https://www.pinterest.de/mrydky/business-as-usual/

I live in Germany, so stores here would be great, but online stores are also welcome.

Thanks in advance <3

Help me please, tall problems

I’ve been searching constantly for long jeans specifically, I get them whenever I find them at thrift stores but that is a rare occurrence. Any help would be appreciated.

Where to get high-quality classy simple long sleeves (EU)?

Hi! I am looking for high-quality fashion with simple, timeless design. I found a long-sleeve top at H&M that I really like the look of (see photos), but I'd rather get something like that of higher quality than H&M. Preferably sustainably sourced & fair. I'm based in the EU! Thanks in advance for your help :)

What are the grounds for Fair & Ethical Fashion?

As of now I see Fair & ethical fashion pushing the boundaries of traditional fashion. Essentially these brands put a higher focus on issues that have been left unaccountable.

Issues such as:

- working conditions

- fair pay

- fair trade

- eco-friendly manufacturing

- Eco-friendly material

- Promoting a sustainable lifecycle

Do agree with this? If so, what else is there to being a fair & ethical brand?

Also, do you consider fair & ethical fashion the same as sustainable fashion?

Building a Career in Sustainable Fashion (non-design)

I want to break into the sustainable fashion sector. I have a background in nonprofits (5 yrs), working in PR, project management, partnerships, advocacy, and communications with a BA in anthropology. I'm interested in applying these skills to work in responsible fashion.

I'm also considering Corporate Social Responsibility/Environmental Social Governance work in other industries to gain experience in sustainability and responsible business more generally.

Do you have any experience making a similar transition? I'd love to hear your story or recommendations. To be clear, I do not live in a major fashion hub or have experience in the garment industry. Currently in Pittsburgh, moving to Houston.
