For a long time, I've been exploring many ethical and sustainable brands across different product categories. And I know people like me often struggle to grasp the true impact of their sustainable practices because these benefits can be abstract. With so many sustainability claims thrown around alongside product details, this information overload makes it so difficult to distinguish genuine efforts from marketing jargon.
That is why I wan to ask this question to small sustainable brands: How do you educate your customers in clear, concise, and engaging ways about your practices to gain trust and secure your position in this space where greenwashing has become an easiest way to make profits for most of the brands?
