I'm looking for pyjamas that are made from natural material and help to balance body temperature. I have a cold body type, however, in the night I tend to heat and get dehydrated, while also feeling cold at the same time. I wake up in the morning feeling dry, flushed cheeks and groggy. Merino wool seems to be good for keep warm in the cold and cool in the heat - can anyone vouch for this? Any tips would be appreciated
