Best Sustainable Gym Clothes? Looking to Upgrade My Workout Wardrobe

I’m in the middle of updating my workout wardrobe and trying to be more mindful about my choices. I used to just grab whatever was on sale, but now I’m leaning more into brands that are doing good for the planet.

I’d love to hear what sustainable gym clothes or athletic brands you swear by! Anything that looks good, holds up to sweat, and doesn’t trash the earth. Would really appreciate any recs you’ve got!

lalele.co

i recently ordered a swimsuit from lalele.co with relatively high hopes and honestly was quite disappointed.

for reference im not speaking on wait times, i couldn't care less about the set back she is a one woman team. what got me about the whole company is that i followed her personal and business media accounts and 90% of her online presence was nothing to do with company and felt like the production was being put off like it could wait. now undoubtedly it could be because it mostly was her personal account but she tends to interlink the 2 frequently. the public response got better with time and she did catch up on any loose ends i feel as well as orders.

overall this kinda made me question the reliability of the company but it kinda solidified it for me when i received my order. i historically fit into a large in all of my clothes, top, bottoms the whole 9 yards. my order consisted of 3 pieces, the daisy halter top, daisy bottoms and the daisy skirt. i specifically ordered an xl because i do have a larger chest so i assumed the idea would be to make the cup fabric larger and not the ties in the back. i was wrong. the fabric on the bottoms was sewn with a lapse so the inner cover layer shows on the outside and looks like i flipped them. i tried to maneuver it and it just wouldn't give. even is that had worked both the bottoms and skirt were unnecessarily tight, not even like a normal good swimsuit tight just flat out sized like i ordered mediums.

im sure if this is seen there will be concerns such as maybe ive grown out of a large, however every pair of xl bottoms i've ordered in my life fall right off me. i can fit into non-stretchy tops sized small. is womens sizing at fault or am i idiotic for ordering from someone whose from cali and simultaneously asian as they tend to enforce a higher standard of size. i just feel like so many things went wrong and maybe i didnt do much research but ill be glad to inform others.

key points: do your research, size up (no matter who you are, maybe even by 2x), maybe wait for the company to grow (and mature). idk maybe im crazy but ik was insanely excited for this and was met with straight up disappointment. oh also the fabric on the inside of my top and bottoms are 2 different blues so that really ties it all together.

thanks for reading my rant ill provide pictures later if this even gets any traction.

Shien Copy BS

I keep getting all these adds for gorgeous outfits and then I notice they are from Shien. I know that they suck and that the dresses or clothing they are showing do not show the actual dress they would ship to you and they are not sustainable. What I’m asking is to figure out how to find the original outfits they stole the designs from. Better fabrics. Better quality.

Is sustainable fashion the future or just a trend?

Sustainable fashion is everywhere right now. Brands are promoting eco friendly lines, more people are thriftinv and there's a big push to shop less and choose better. It sounds like a step in the right direction, but is it really changing anything?

Some say it's a real solution to problems like pollution, waste, and unfair labor. Others think it's just a trend or marketing trick, especially when big fast fashion brands jump on the "green" bandwagon without a real changes.

What do you think! Is sustainable fashion truly making a difference, or is it just another feel-good trend? Have you changed how do you shop because of it?

Are polo shirts considered nerdy or out of style?

I was recently told I dress like a nerd by a few coworkers. I love polo shirts and wear them daily. I'm a 25F and for the record am not lesbian (have a bf) but I always wear my shirts fully buttoned up. My favorite color is white and I'll sport a white polo a few times a week minimum. I also wear large and noticeably very thick glasses (-10ish both eyes) and think the polo fully buttoned up goes well with my glasses. Coworker told me she could never dress like me as she would feel like an absolute need lol.

For the record, in hs I wore a white polo fully buttoned up daily. Didn't go to a uniform school either it was pure preference

To me all shirts should have buttons and a collar and idk why most ppl leave the top button undone but apparently I'm just a dork...

🧡 Weaving Sustainability: How Eco-Friendly Production is Reshaping the Textile Industry!

https://preview.redd.it/3yww97qbsg3f1.png?width=1024&format=png&auto=webp&s=d539d69d4b68291f25cb86157d10f73a95de33eb

As global awareness of climate change and environmental impact grows, the textile industry finds itself at a critical crossroads. Traditionally resource-intensive and polluting, the sector is undergoing a quiet but powerful transformation — and it’s being led by eco-friendly production practices.
At Concept Clothing Textiles, we believe that sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s a responsibility.

🌱 What Does Eco-Friendly Production Mean for Textiles?
Eco-friendly production goes far beyond using organic cotton. It includes:

✅ Sustainable Sourcing – Using natural, renewable, or recycled fibers
✅ Water & Energy Efficiency – Minimizing waste in dyeing and manufacturing processes
✅ Chemical Management – Replacing harmful dyes with low-impact or natural alternatives
✅ Fair Labor & Ethical Workspaces – Ensuring people and planet are both respected

♻️ Why It Matters
The textile industry contributes nearly 10% of global carbon emissions and is a major water polluter. By shifting to greener processes, we reduce this footprint — while delivering high-quality, durable products that consumers can feel good about.

πŸ”„ How We’re Taking Action
At Concept Clothing Textiles, we’re proud to integrate:
Recycled fabrics & sustainable fibers
Low-impact dyeing technology
Energy-efficient production lines
Transparency in our supply chain
Every decision we make is guided by a commitment to ethics, innovation, and environmental care.

πŸ’‘ The Future Is Fabricated Sustainably
Eco-friendly production is no longer optional — it's essential. The brands that lead with purpose and transparency will shape the future of fashion and textiles.

The EU’s ESPR might just transform how apparel is made.

The EU’s Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) is a bold move to make fashion and textiles more sustainable through durability standards, repairability, and mandatory Digital Product Passports (DPPs).

Personally, I think the concept is solid, but the rollout might overwhelm SMEs and cause compliance headaches. Will this really drive circularity, or just create another layer of bureaucracy?

Curious to hear what others think.

If anyone wants a full breakdown of ESPR’s impact on fashion and textiles, here is a resource: https://greenstitch.io/en-gb/blogs/espr-fashion-textiles-2025

Shien

Hey everyone, I would really like to know everyone’s opinion on this. I personally have always been against shien with seeing everyone doing their “weekly shopping hauls” and just how bad of a company it is in general. I’m not the most sustainable person I admit but fast fashion to an extent like shein/shien (idk how it’s spelt) is something I’ve never wanted to support

This is however where my question comes in I’m a 16 year old with a job so I have money but not enough to afford a lot and I was looking to upgrade my style so I was wondering if it was okay to buy from them if I’m not doing it to such a large extent like others are. I really want to start wearing better clothes but it’s just really hard to find affordable brands with clothes that I like.

It would be great to get to know everyone’s opinions or if they have cheap yet ethical clothing brands that they’d recommend instead ! Tysm

Is it bad if I want to start a small fashion store thing?

Hi guys. First post here.

For context, I've always really liked fashion and thought it would be fun if I made certain tops that are difficult to find in my area. The ones that are avaliable here are mostly polyester and fast fashion brands.

I want to make them cotton, and I've mentally run the calculations, I should be able to pay the workers higher than average, and I'll pay them per piece. Obviously I'll earn less but its okay. I might also have a thing where if someone does not want to use their top anymore I'll pay for the delivery charge and have them send it to me, so I can resell it as used.

Even after this I feel guilty about even the idea of starting something. I really, really don't want to contribute to landfills.... And thrifting is still an option for anyone who Id sell to. But I think it would be fun to create. Idk....what do you guys think?

Carbon transparency is improving but how do we verify the data behind corporate climate claims?

It’s encouraging to see more companies making climate claims, but behind the scenes, you still run into big data integrity issues, especially with supplier-level emissions reporting.

I've seen everything from inflated reductions to carbon factors that haven’t been updated in years. The EU’s new Digital Product Passport rules (part of the ESPR) are trying to bring structure here, but adoption is slow.

From my experience working with fashion and textile supply chains, the top verification gaps include:

  • Lack of standardisation across supplier tiers
  • Over-reliance on secondary data
  • No systems for traceability or audit trails
  • Manual processes that increase human error

What would help build trust in supply chain carbon data? Do we need regulation, technology, or cultural pressure?

What do you value in clothing? (Sustainability, Energy, or Comfort?)

Hey everyone, I’m developing a passion project that explores the intersection between natural fabrics, sustainability, and spiritual wellness. I’m not selling anything — just doing early-stage research and would love your input. If you're into slow fashion, sustainability, or energy alignment, your perspective would be gold.

Here are some of the questions I'm most interested in:

Have you ever noticed a difference in how you feel when wearing natural fabrics like linen or cotton vs synthetics like polyester?

Do you believe clothing can affect your energy or mood?

Do you think fashion is something we should be more intentional about?

Have you considered the energetic properties of natural fabrics?

I've also made a small survey if you're interested.

What does "ethical jewelry" really mean to you?🌿

In a world where fast fashion dominates, more people are seeking accessories that align with their values — but what does that look like in practice?

Is it about using recycled and upcycled materials? Fair trade sourcing? Supporting artisans and marginalized communities? Or all of the above?

How do you personally decide which jewelry to wear? Do you consider the environmental and social impact behind each piece?

Would love to hear your thoughts on what makes jewelry truly ethical and how we can all contribute to a more sustainable, compassionate fashion industry.

Let’s get the conversation going! πŸ’¬✨ I’d really appreciate any feedback as I’m conducting a bit of research for my next designs and I want to make sure everybody will be satisfied with the end results. Thanks a bunch guys. Stay glamorous πŸ’•πŸ’–πŸŒΏ

Are luxury watches finally catching up with sustainability?

I was watching a really interesting YouTube video recently that dove into the world of luxury watches — but not just the usual craftsmanship and heritage stuff. This one focused on sustainability: brands using recycled metals, low-impact manufacturing, and even circular design principles.

It really got me thinking — luxury and sustainability have often felt like contradictory concepts. One is about exclusivity and indulgence, the other about restraint and responsibility. But maybe that’s changing?

I’m curious — do you think sustainability can genuinely be a core part of luxury watchmaking, or is it just clever marketing? Are there any brands you think are actually doing it right, not just greenwashing?

What if society normalized having stains on our clothes?

Hear me out, I’m not talking about a massive spaghetti sauce stain on a white shirt. But those little stains that are maybe noticeable but won’t fully wash off? Why not keep the garment instead of feeling the need to throw it out? I know I get self conscious about little stains which is too bad because life happens. It would be nice if that was just considered okay. I think it’s because with fast fashion it’s so easy to throw out a piece and buy a replacement.

Feedback on Veo.world

Hey r/sustainablefashion!

I've been trying to find more ethical and sustainable options in the UK, and I stumbled upon Veo.world. It is an online marketplace that curates products across fashion, beauty, food, and home, all with a focus on being "Kind, Healthy, and Sustainable." They also claim to be a certified B Corp and "Europe's most ethical online retailer."

This sounds really promising, as it can be a real struggle to vet every brand individually. I wanted to reach out to this community to see if anyone has any experience with them.

Has anyone here used Veo.world for their sustainable fashion purchases? I'm particularly interested in hearing about: * Your overall experience: Was it positive? Any red flags? * The quality of the fashion items: Are the clothes well-made and durable? * Their sustainability claims: Do they seem genuinely committed to their ethical and sustainable mission, or is it more greenwashing? * Customer service and returns: How was your experience if you needed to contact them or return an item? * Price point: Do you feel the prices reflect the quality and ethical sourcing?

Any insights, reviews, or even just a quick "yay or nay" would be super helpful! Thanks in advance for your input!

What do I do with my expired makeup?

This might be a silly question but I’ve recently decided to get back into makeup again. Before Covid I was very experimental with makeup for about a year or two and I have a lot of products that I regularly used. But just about every product has been expired for more than a year at this point and I don’t know what to do with them.

I want to keep using them and I’ll definitely use what I didn’t use, but I’m nervous about bacteria that might be leftover from how often I used most of it.

So I guess I’m just asking, is it safe to keep using them and if not is there a way to recycle the containers somehow?? I feel guilty about not using all the product so I just want to be sure.

Indian Student Moving to Netherlands - Help with Affordable & Quality Wardrobe!

Hey everyone, I'm an Indian student (23F) moving to the Netherlands for university soon, and I'm trying to build a new wardrobe altogether! The climate and general clothing prices are quite different from India, so I'm looking for some smart shopping strategies. I've got about 10 sweaters already, so I'm covered there. My plan for basics includes : * A few pairs of good quality jeans * Neutral tank tops * Full-sleeve t-shirts * Short-sleeve t-shirts * 2 pairs of sneakers * 1 pair of sandals * Formal trousers and 2 shirts (for presentations/interviews if needed) [Please suggest otherwise] My main challenge is finding quality clothes that won't break the bank. I've seen things like a single tank top costing around ₹700 online, and that's a bit steep for basics for me. I'm aiming for stuff that will last, not fast fashion that falls apart quickly. I'm currently in India and thinking about buying some basics from Indian online stores/apps if it's cost-effective and the quality is good. I do not want any crop tops, I want them to be regular sized and the bottom length must be below knee. Please suggest me any capsule wardrobe and the link to each items. Thank you in advance

Hello, I'm regretting my past.

Hello, I'm regretting my past.

I had written something about this before,

but in the end, I’ve let go of everything and found peace in my heart.

However, there are still unresolved issues from a failed business—caused by my own greed and obsession.

Now, I’m facing my mistakes and trying to put everything in order.

The reason I started this business was because of a dancer named Locking Moon.

One part of that venture was a clothing line.

He was diagnosed with blood cancer and was told he had limited time to live.

So, to support him, I proposed creating this brand.

We even produced limited-edition t-shirts.

The plan was to sell the shirts and use the leftover profit to cover his surgery costs.

That’s how the brand came to life.

But as time passed, we eventually learned that the diagnosis had been a misdiagnosis.

Thankfully, he turned out to be okay.

The problem, however, was the t-shirts we had already made.

Out of all of them, I was only able to sell one.

In the end, it was all driven by my own selfish motives.

Now, I want to bring closure to it all.

I don’t want to just throw them away—that would be bad for the environment.

So I’m planning to give them away for free.

They’re made with high-quality cotton,

but since eBay doesn’t allow free listings, I’ve listed them for $1.

You can search for "Locking Moon" on eBay or my website and place an order there.

If you're not in a truly difficult situation, I can’t cover the shipping costs.

But if you are struggling, please let me know—

I'll ship it to you for free.

The fabric is a bit thick, sturdy cotton.

And on the back of the shirt, it says:

"God never decide the name of the color."

If no one is interested, then unfortunately, I may be forced to dispose of them—

which I really don’t want to do, because of the impact on the environment.

Whether you’re interested or not,

Thank you for reading this.

Patagonia gave away its fortune to fight climate change 🌍πŸ”₯

In 2022, Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, did the unthinkable: he donated the entire company so that its profits would be exclusively dedicated to combating climate change. A move without precedent in the business world.

But this decision didn’t come out of nowhere. Since its inception, Patagonia has challenged the norms of consumption: it has invested in recycled materials, promoted repair over disposal, and made sustainability the core of its philosophy.

What started as a climber’s dream has become an impact-driven empire generating billions, inspiring brands, consumers, and a new generation of activists. Because Patagonia doesn’t just sell clothes—it sells a better future 🌱

100% organic natural-fiber socks. Does it exist?

I've tried searching for these a lot. I'm finding they all have some elastane mixed in. I bought these socks on amazon. They say they're 100% cotton except for the top bit (which is <1" long). Surprisingly, they are some of the stretchiest socks I've owned. They've also held up great. I've owned them almost a year now and not a single hole in any. So I feel either this brand is lying about them being all cotton, or there should be no reason brands need to put elastane in their socks (cause it's not like just the top 1" of these socks is what's holding them up). Anyways, I'd like to get some truly 100% cotton (or other natural fiber) socks, and ideally organic. Anyone know of any? Thanks!

Made-To-Measure Ethical Clothing Brands?

Not for formal wear.

I am looking for high quality women's trousers. Forgiving elastic waistband, adjustable if possible, and super comfortable and soft material, while remaining fashionable!! Jogger-level of comfort ideal while not necessarily being joggers.

I have waist 26 inches, hips 33 inches, and slim legs, and I often find a UK 6 too tight on the waist and a UK 8 too loose on the hips/legs, hence looking for companies that offer clothing made to fit, UK/Europe based. Possibly not made-to-measure if a forgiving, adjustable waistband is available.

Any suggestions much appreciated!

An ecological second-hand application

Hello everyone!

A big second-hand consumer, and initially a Vinted user, I find myself using the application less and less.

So I had the idea with a colleague to launch something new.

We have created a questionnaire, if you would like to participate?

Would anyone be interested in something like this?

would anyone be interested in in a place where you could trade altered vintage clothes and thrifts? My thoughts are that I think it would be so cool to share unique pieces with other people and wear something that has been recycled and passed through multiple people who each added their own unique touch! Idk what do yall think. I think if people like the idea I might try to make something similar

has anyone else tried renting out their closet?? id love to hear ur stories or any tips for sustainable fashion! do u think renting dresses can help cut down on fast fashion waste? lets talk!

Any experience with I Do Declare Shop?

Has anyone ordered from I Do Declare?

https://www.idodeclareshop.com/

I have been following this creator on Instagram for many years. She has a webshop that is so popular (and her business is so small) that her items sell out in the blink of an eye when she releases anything new. I have tried multiple times to be ON IT when she releases pre-orders, specifically for the Bise dress. However, I never manage to check out fast enough.

A couple of years ago, I emailed her asking about the possibility of a custom order but never got a reply.

I emailed her last week using the form on her website asking to special order a dress she has already made but isn't currently "in stock." Still, no reply. Her Instagram profile specifically says to email her about order questions rather than to DM her.

So I was just curious if anyone on this subreddit has had experience with the shop/owner. I'll probably post on other subreddits too just to expand the search for information.

I put all my experience to create a questionnaire on sustainable fashion and i can publish the conclusion here once done if you're interested

As part of our work in social innovation, we seek to better advise young and ambitious companies who do not want to keep a dirty production model but who want to remain relevant. The survey only take 10 minutes and there will be a random draw to win $50 cad among the participants. (The long-term goal is also to develop a rating index to better identify useful innovations in sustainable fashion.) Be free to share it if you find the survey well done!

Why Every Fashion Brand Needs an Apparel PLM System in 2025

Introduction
In today’s hyper-competitive fashion industry, speed, accuracy, and collaboration are critical. With shrinking production timelines, increasing product variety, and growing pressure for sustainability, fashion brands can no longer rely on spreadsheets and emails to manage product development. This is where Apparel Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software comes in—offering a centralized digital platform to manage products from concept to launch.

What is Apparel PLM?

Apparel PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is a software solution designed specifically for the fashion and apparel industry. It connects all departments—design, sourcing, merchandising, production, and quality control—on a single platform to streamline product development and bring collections to market faster.

Key Benefits of Apparel PLM

1. Centralized Data Management
All product information—from tech packs and fabric specs to size charts and samples—is stored in one place, reducing duplication and improving accuracy.

2. Faster Time-to-Market
PLM tools help brands automate routine tasks, track progress in real time, and speed up approvals and iterations—reducing lead times by weeks.

3. Enhanced Collaboration
Whether teams are working in-house or with global vendors, PLM provides a shared workspace for real-time updates, comments, and version control.

4. Improved Product Quality
Access to accurate, up-to-date product data helps minimize errors and ensures consistency across production runs.

5. Better Cost Control
With visibility into material usage, supplier costs, and sampling rounds, brands can optimize budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses.

6. Support for Sustainability Goals
Modern PLM systems allow brands to track sustainable materials, certifications, and carbon impact from the design phase itself.

Who Needs Apparel PLM?

Whether you're a fast-growing D2C fashion label, a global retail brand, or an apparel manufacturer, PLM can bring structure and efficiency to your operations. If you're dealing with challenges like missed deadlines, sample confusion, or poor visibility into production, PLM might be the missing link.

Why Now?

The fashion industry is undergoing rapid digital transformation. Brands that invest in digital tools like PLM today are future-proofing their business—empowering teams to work smarter, move faster, and stay ahead of trends.

How to Choose the Right Apparel PLM?

When selecting a PLM, look for:

  • Cloud-based accessibility
  • Integration with other systems (like ERP or 3D design tools)
  • User-friendly interface
  • Industry-specific workflows
  • Vendor support and onboarding services

Conclusion

An apparel PLM solution isn’t just a “nice to have”—it’s a critical foundation for scaling, innovating, and succeeding in today’s dynamic fashion landscape. With the right PLM partner, your brand can eliminate inefficiencies, boost collaboration, and accelerate growth.

ISO - Good Petite Jumpsuit suggestion (Nooworks maybe?)

Hi,

I got my first Nooworks order and LOVE the top but the jumpsuit isnt working the best -- I'm 5'2" and curvy - medium top and large/xl bottom -- so jumpsuits don't really fit with my body. The Nooworks one I got has A LOT of extra fabric on top and I dont want to alter something I spent so much $ on.

So... looking for a few things:

  1. If you are petite and have bought from NooWorks -- any styles that have works?

  2. Do you have an overall good sustainable fashion brand you recommend for petite jumpsuits?

Thanks!

Buying from vinted

Hi all, just wanted some opinions on buying second hand clothing. So basically I buy the majority of my clothes second hand, mostly from vinted but occasionally I'll find some charity shop gems. I dont really tend to look at brands but I find myself recoiling and avoiding the likes of shein. Is this irrational?I feel like realistically the materials are already out there, and other brands are just as bad for fast fashion and all that jazz. And yet...

Would love your thoughts: Starting a high-quality, size-inclusive T-shirt brand in Canada πŸ’‘

Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹

I’ve been toying with the idea of starting a super high-quality, ethically made, size-inclusive T-shirt brand based in Canada, and I’d really love your honest feedback.

The idea came from my own frustration (and stories from friends) with how hard it is to find:

T-shirts that actually last more than a few washes

Styles that are flattering across all body sizes — not just S to XL

Brands that don’t treat plus sizing as an afterthought

And options that are both sustainable and stylish

What I’m thinking: Made with premium fabrics (like organic Pima cotton or eco-blends)

Designed for real body diversity (sizes ranging from XXS–6X+)

Ethically manufactured (looking into Canadian and/or fair trade overseas partners)

A minimal, elevated style that fits seamlessly into a long-lasting wardrobe

I’m still in the early stages, and trying to validate whether this is something people actually want — especially within a sustainability-focused community like this one!

I’d love to hear from you: Would you be interested in something like this?

What do you look for in a perfect T-shirt (fit, fabric, vibe)?

Are there size or fit frustrations you wish brands would fix?

Would you pay $50–$80 for a tee that checks all the boxes?

I really appreciate your insights! πŸ™ If it’s okay, I may DM a few folks for deeper feedback (no spam, promise).

Thanks so much!

A new tool to help find the best prices and inventory for vintage - thoughts?

Hi everyone!!

Fellow strictly sustainable shopper looking for some feedback for a project I am working on - it's a site called Second Sense. Like many of you who shop secondhand, I’ve spent way too many hours jumping between resale sites, trying to track down the best deal. So… why not make it easier?

Here’s what Second Sense does:

We started with focusing on vintage handbags. It brings listings together from sites like ReBag, Fashionphile, Farfetch Pre-Owned, and The RealReal — all in one place. (And we're working on adding more vendors soon!)

From there, it brings together the same item that might be listed on multiple platforms — so you can quickly compare prices and spot the best deal at a glance.

For now we only have vintages purses, but the site is still getting started - we would appreciate any feedback, or just knowledge on what you all would want out of Second Sense. If any of you would be willing to chat about how you shop for vintage and/or walk through the site for 15 min let me know!!

I’d really appreciate any thoughts or suggestions from the community as I keep tinkering. If there’s anything specific you’d love to see, let me know!

Thanks for reading, and happy shopping (and saving)! 😊

This is a judgment-free zone. We all know sustainability in fashion is nuanced and complicated, so don't sweat it. For example, your polyester shirt may not be "eco-friendly" but if you've had it a long time, wear it a lot, and plan to keep it a long time then it's about as sustainable as you can get simply by how your wear it.

Let's celebrate the different approaches people and brands take to address our common goal.

I’ve been trying to avoid fast fashion but most sustainable brands are just too expensive. I recently ordered a blouse from Soolinen and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the price.

It’s not dirt cheap, but it feels like a good middle ground. Curious if anyone else here has tried them or has other similar suggestions?

Just launched my streetwear brand “Unshaken” – built on resilience. Feedback welcomed.

Hey everyone, I’m launching a streetwear brand called Unshaken — built around the concept of resilience, identity, and staying grounded no matter what life throws at you. It’s not just another hype drop — this is personal.

What I’m building:

Minimalist black + white designs (clean, iconic, no distractions)

Themes: Strength through struggle, unwavering faith, rooted mindset

Apparel that feels like armor for people who’ve been through it

What I’ve got so far:

A few finalized t-shirt and hoodie designs (can drop visuals below)

IG is up, working on driving traffic through reels, stories, and Amazon Merch

Just finished my Amazon Merch On Demand signup — rolling out soon there

What I need:

Honest feedback on the name/logo/designs

Tips on how to build community and momentum from zero

Suggestions on where you’d promote a brand like this

Whether you think it’s dope or needs work, I’d rather hear the truth now than fake love later.

Appreciate you all.

— Stay Unshaken.

When you finally find a sustainable brand… and its 90 recycled polyester 😩

Hypocrites in the industry - Annie Doble (Annie’s Ibiza)

Just needed to rant - the owner of the brand Annie’s Ibiza, Annie Doble, incorporates sustainability and caring about the planet as part of her online persona/aesthetic. I find this largely hypocritical as just now she posted on her Instagram story about how she is able to work a in her London boutique and Ibiza boutique in the same day without an ounce of self awareness about her carbon footprint flying back and forth so often. Celebrities like Taylor Swift are often rightfully criticised for things like this, but I find it even more outrageous when it is people who represent brands who claim to care about sustainability or the planet. I imagine she will make the excuse that if she doesn’t buy the ticket, someone else will, but it’s incredibly frustrating to see someone so obviously privileged and therefore seemingly quite ignorant get brownie points for caring about sustainability whilst not practicing what they preach
