Lirika Matoshi is the designer known for the viral Strawberry Dress. She has other items in her webstore, including this Rainbow Satin Top. Polyester isn't biodegradable because it's plastic. But I'm also wondering what other characteristics of this top make it unsustainable. For instance, what about the dye? The dye looks really light, but a lot of colors were used. I'm not sure if even a light dye like this would still contribute to a lot of water pollution. 🤔
