The mainstream fashion industry has clamoured to associate with the ideals of Circular Fashion, but has totally failed to enact real systematic change. The change urgently needed to reduce the impact of this wasteful industry.
Instead, for the most part, the 'Circular Fashion' image has been exploited as a marketing tool to make brands appear sustainable, when 95% of their range is not designed for remanufacture, recycling, or longevity.
