Yesterday I came across the most interesting article ( https://kinder.world/blogs/company/from-organic-hemp-to-recycled-nylon-to-pineapple-leather-the-fashion-industry-is-shaking-up-sustainable-materials-possibilities-23095 ) about sustainable fashion. It talked about revolutionary sources from where to create fabric from, one of them even being fishing nets. They also mentioned how this kinda-new company was aiming to create “leather” from pineapple leaves! It was just great. It makes me so glad that the industry is doing the necessary adjustments towards a greener future. If you are a sustainability junkie like myself, I invite you all to read it and tell me what you think of these innovative eco-friendly materials :)
