Are pineapple, lemongrass, banana, lotus, galanga fabrics is a good idea for starting up a brand?

Hi guys! Me and my partner is developing our idea and plan for our own small sustainable brand. We have the exclusive sources of those natural fabrics from plants. And yes! It’s zero-waste! We also will be using 100% natural dye from local plants. Do you guys think this is a good idea to start? I was born in the family which owned a garment factory that’s why this strong passion came from. I need to spend my savings on this project. So need just someone to tell me that it’s a good idea! 🌎🍀
