Do any of you know how I can get a good old fashion cloak that works and is strong

The only cloaks I can find are made from cheap bad fabric or some other stuff that won't work as a cloak is supposed to work so I can never find a good working cloak and I want to get some so I don't have to keep buying coat and stuff because coats are annoying and brake and expensive ones that are work are horrible and uncomfortable and cloaks work in almost all whether when coats don't
