Are tree-planting or animal tracking bracelets legit? Looking for recommendations

I’ve been seeing ads online for these bracelets that claim to either plant a tree for every purchase or let you track an animal.

Are there any brands that are legit and actually follow through with their promises? I’d love to hear your experiences before I decide which one to go with.
