Anyone feels like trade-offs are unavoidable when you’re just starting out?

I see a lot of conversations around sustainability framed as all-or-nothing, but starting small rarely gives you that luxury

But i feel like when you’re early, limited budget, low order volumes, unpredictable demand push you to less ideal. That doesn’t mean values don’t matter, but it does mean compromises exist.w Am I the only one who feels like this? I don't know how to think about it without losing sight of my long-term goals T^T
