Structured/tailored sustainable women's fashion?

Nearly every post or article I see about sustainable brands / natural fiber clothing / ethical fashion seems to highlight one of two styles of clothing:

- "elevated basics" which are boxy / loose fitting and/or just boring base layers

OR

- small batch (<-- nothing wrong with that part) quirky/funky/weird AF clothing... think odd shapes, weird color/pattern combos... Like I would need to be an elementary school art teacher from Brooklyn to feel comfortable in them. These also tend to be boxy and loose.

I'm interested in finding, and willing to spend money for, high quality, long-lasting sustainable/ethical clothing in classic/timeless tailored / fitted pieces. There must be stretch options as well, bc women's bodies over 45 are often squishy/lumpy/bumpy and I need to be able to MOVE freely. Think Banana Republic or Quince aesthetic, but not mass-produced fast fashion.

No need to respond with snark or disagreements or anything negative - genuine / helpful responses only please.

Thanks in advance for the help!
