I am Andrey Petrov, founder of VOYLOK boots. These are based on traditional valenki wool felt boots, and reimagined for the modern age. VOYLOKs are crafted in a remarkably sustainable way. The boots are sculpted from raw wool rather than sewn, and use no chemicals, dyes, bleach or glues – just wool and hot water. The only by-products are wool scraps and muddy water, which can go straight in the garden. VOYLOKs are kind to the feet and the environment. VOYLOKs work across all seasons, winter to summer, and are a true indoor/outdoor solution as they combine two shoes in one: the felt boot and a removable waterproof overshoe.
