Sustainable/ethical mary janes

Hi!

I am looking for a pair of sustainable and/or ethical pair of mary jane shoes, but can not seem to find any -- something similar to the picture attached. Do you know anywhere I could buy them from? Preferably for a lower price, as I do not have a huge budget :)
