Which sustainable fabrics can I use for button-up shirts?

Hello everyone. I am trying to start a sustainable fashion business. My first designs will be women button up shirts. I am looking for the best fabric for such clothes on Google but so far I haven't seen many sustainable collared/button up shirts. Most of them are produced with linen but the designs I am going for are very structured so it won't work. Do you guys know any particular fabrics I should be looking for? Thank you in advance!! 🌸
