College student with little to no cash wanting to be sustainable on a budget

Hello! I am a strong advocate for sustainable clothing or upcycled clothing however, I am in college at the moment and I do not have a lot of cash. I am in Australia for my studies, does anyone know of clothing brands that can offer me clothes for my almost broke budget? Thrift stores here are terrible and I don’t have the time in between assignments to go. Thanks!
