I’ve got a bit of a style dilemma — I’ve been invited out on a cute little dinner date this weekend, and I’m seriously leaning toward wearing this gorgeous flowy maxi dress I just bought. It’s got a subtle slit, a flattering neckline, and it’s super comfy (bless breathable fabrics 🙌). I love how it makes me feel—effortlessly elegant but still very “me.”
My only worry is... is a maxi dress too much for a first date? 😅 It’s not super formal, but it does turn a few heads (in a good way, I think?). The vibe is a slightly upscale restaurant, but not black-tie or anything.
Should I go for it and make it a maxi dress date night moment? Or play it safe with jeans and a cute top?
