Indian Student Moving to Netherlands - Help with Affordable & Quality Wardrobe!

Hey everyone, I'm an Indian student (23F) moving to the Netherlands for university soon, and I'm trying to build a new wardrobe altogether! The climate and general clothing prices are quite different from India, so I'm looking for some smart shopping strategies. I've got about 10 sweaters already, so I'm covered there. My plan for basics includes : * A few pairs of good quality jeans * Neutral tank tops * Full-sleeve t-shirts * Short-sleeve t-shirts * 2 pairs of sneakers * 1 pair of sandals * Formal trousers and 2 shirts (for presentations/interviews if needed) [Please suggest otherwise] My main challenge is finding quality clothes that won't break the bank. I've seen things like a single tank top costing around ₹700 online, and that's a bit steep for basics for me. I'm aiming for stuff that will last, not fast fashion that falls apart quickly. I'm currently in India and thinking about buying some basics from Indian online stores/apps if it's cost-effective and the quality is good. I do not want any crop tops, I want them to be regular sized and the bottom length must be below knee. Please suggest me any capsule wardrobe and the link to each items. Thank you in advance
