Black mini skort with belt loops?!!!

I have searched high and low for the perfect skort, with no luck from sustainable brands.

I have a skort I purchased at the mall a long time ago, in brown, but I know I will wear a black one to death and could really use a high quality replacement for my current black skirt, which is literally falling apart.

Important features: - I absolutely need it to have belt loops. - I want it to look like a skirt (with built in shorts) and not that "shorts in the back skirt in the front" business that everyone sells these days.

I know this is oddly specific but I don't know if I can find it on my own! Please help me oh fellow sustainable shoppers!

PS: I recently found this skort. It's so close but no belt loops.
