I’m building a sustainable apparel brand and could use some honest feedback.
To cut waste, my plan is: ✅ Make each item only when ordered (no deadstock). ✅ Use simple, protective packaging instead of fancy branded boxes.
But I’m worried, does skipping the unboxing experience hurt trust or feel cheap? Would you still buy if the mission was clear?
Also, does on-demand feel too slow for most people? Or would you appreciate the transparency?
Would love your thoughts, as a customer, would this turn you off, or earn your respect?
