Like so many other people, I've been waiting 6 months for my order.
- They delete comments from Instagram so we're not able to warn other customers
- They don't reply to emails
- I'm pretty sure they lied about the website saying it was a "preorder" Absolutely wouldn't have bought it as a preorder.
- They constantly email you trying to sell you on more product
- If your item never ships, the "start a refund" button isn't available to you
- If too much time goes by, you wont be able to dispute the charges with your credit card company
- They send a bunch of bs emails crafted to tug the emotional heart strings, really they are engaged in illegal business practices of keeping our money hoping we forget and give up. Even if some customers receive a product eventually, the insane delays mean they basically get free business loans.
Does anyone have experience reporting them to the BBB or FTC?
