Help me find a waterproof stylish spring jacket?!

Please help me in my neverending search...

A truly *waterproof* rain jacket that is:

- PFAS/PFC free

- A loose, drapey oversized fit to accommodate layers underneath (think more raglan sleeves)

- Mid length (hits at thigh/knee)

- Stylish enough for walking around the city, and could even masquerade as a regular spring jacket even if it’s not pouringo (not just sporty hiking vibes)

- Easily available in the US (many great options in Europe - Norwegian Rain ($$$), BRGN, etc, but don’t want to deal with tariffs or lack of return-ability)
